My first contact with yoga was almost 10 years ago, when I was close to a burnout. I can still remember the first yoga class like it was yesterday: I was very much in my head at that time and I was a huge perfectionist. I tried to push myself into the postures and it had to look good (of course that is not what yoga is about). Over time I noticed that I felt calmer in my head and body and I became softer towards myself. And that is how the love for yoga was born. I hope to let you experience this as a yoga teacher during and especially after classes.

 

I lived in India for a year during one of my travels. During this trip I followed and passed my yoga courses (Yin yoga, Ashtanga/Vinyasa) at Trimutri Yoga and lived in the Sivananda ashram in Mudurai for a month.

 

As a teacher I want to offer a safe and relaxed space, so that you can turn inward and discover and feel yourself on deeper layers.

 

In addition to being a yoga teacher, I am also a massage therapist, coach and I give energetic treatments.
