Kids> 7, 8 and 9 years old.




Sta Je Mannetje combines mindfulness, acting, yoga and yoga nidra as a valuable mix. To stimulate your child in this way and to let him discover who he is. In this way, children gain more self-confidence, they dare to set limits better, they can deal with emotions better, focus better and are more creative. And all in a cheerful and playful way. Sta Je Mannetje likes to keep the groups small, so there is room for a maximum of 8 children per group.

Friday April 9 the first lesson starts from 3:15 pm to 4:15 pm for the minis and from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm for the kids. It is a series of six lessons on Friday afternoons 9, 16, 23, 30 April and 7, 14 May. Unfortunately, it is not possible to take a single lesson.
