About the event
Learning the energetic direction within your body and in your yoga poses, increases
the ease and flow of energy through your body bringing you inline with your divine center, creating vitality and peacefulness at the same time.
In series of 4 workshops to be taken together or separately, Leah will discuss the biomechanics within all the standard poses.
The goal of these workshops is to allow you to find the correct placement and
energetic positioning for YOUR body so that you can go deeper and easier through your yoga practice and prepare for more advanced postures.
