Who am I – and how can I support you?

On the outside, you may be functioning well.
You keep everything running, take responsibility, and push through — even when your body is signaling that it’s actually too much.

Many people who come to me have lost touch with their bodies. Not because they don’t want to feel, but because for a long time they simply had to keep going.

As a body-oriented therapist, I help you slow down again and listen to what your body is telling you. Not by analyzing or forcing change, but by creating space for what is already there.

Together, we create a personal treatment plan that aligns with your life, your concerns, and your pace.

My way of working

In my practice, I work with a combination of proven methods that complement one another:

  • Body-oriented (massage) therapy

  • Breathing and relaxation techniques

  • Coaching conversations & NLP

  • Systemic work and family constellations

  • Mindfulness and yoga

Every session is different. Sometimes the focus is on talking and gaining insight; other times it’s on feeling, releasing, or coming to rest. I attune to what you need — and you always remain in charge.

My guidance is practical, attentive, and in-depth, with equal care for body and mind.

What I can support you with

You don’t have to be completely burnt out to ask for help. Many people recognize themselves in one or more of the following:

  • Stress, overload, or burnout-related symptoms

  • Persistent fatigue

  • Restlessness, overthinking, or sleep problems

  • Anxious or low moods

  • Difficulty concentrating

  • Feeling not fully present in your own life

  • Recurring physical complaints (such as neck, shoulders, back, or hips)

My work is complementary to conventional healthcare and may, in some cases, be (partly) reimbursed through an additional health insurance plan.

Holistic, with both feet on the ground

I work from a holistic perspective: body, emotions, thoughts, environment, and sense of meaning continuously influence one another.

In our work together, we explore these layers without getting lost in stories. You’ll receive practical tools that help you integrate what you experience here into your daily life.

A session may include:

  • a deepening conversation

  • body-oriented exercises or massage

  • breathing and relaxation techniques

  • support with lifestyle and self-care

I work according to the five naturopathic principles and am guided by the signals of your body. This is not a technique, but a collaboration.
