Yoga

Yoga at Studio Reyn

Yoga is more than movement.
It is an invitation to slow down and listen — beyond the postures, beyond the mind. Yoga invites you to reconnect with yourself, exactly as you are in this moment.

Rooted in an ancient philosophy, yoga offers practical wisdom for cultivating calm, clarity, and balance in everyday life. In the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, this is beautifully expressed:

“Yogaḥ citta-vṛtti-nirodhaḥ”
Yoga is the calming of the fluctuations of the mind.

At Studio Reyn, yoga is about connection — between body, breath, and awareness. There is no rigid formula; each class is attuned to your body, your energy, and the rhythm of your life right now.

Who is this yoga for?

Yoga at Studio Reyn is for anyone who:

  • experiences physical or mental tension

  • deals with stress, fatigue, or sleep difficulties

  • has physical complaints such as neck, shoulder, or back pain

  • seeks more balance, energy, and inner calm

  • wishes to deepen their yoga and breathing practice

You don’t need to be flexible or experienced. What matters is your willingness to be present and to listen inward.

Yoga styles

The classes are carefully structured and adapted to different needs and levels:

Hatha Vinyasa
A dynamic and strengthening practice, where breath and movement support one another.

Slow Flow
Gentle, calming, and introspective. Focused on relaxation, body awareness, and stillness.

Yoga Nidra
Deep rest and recovery. A guided practice that soothes the nervous system.

Pranayama
Breathing techniques that help regulate energy and release tension.

Tailored yoga – also for companies

Each class is personal and adapted to your pace and possibilities.
For companies, I offer accessible and effective corporate yoga, supporting stress reduction, focus, and sustainable well-being at work.

Yoga in the workplace helps employees relax more deeply, think more clearly, and stay connected — to themselves and to each other.

At Studio Reyn, I guide you with care, spaciousness, and a touch of humor — so yoga becomes something that truly fits you, rather than something you have to perform.

Hatha Basics Yoga

Learn the basics of yoga; the physical postures are explained step by step and are suitable for working on strength, flexibility and releasing tensions.

Suitable for all levels.

Yoga Nidra

A profound relaxation technique that brings you to a state between sleeping and waking. While lying comfortably, you are guided through a meditation that allows your body to completely relax. This "yogic sleep" helps reduce stress, promotes mental clarity, and can support emotional healing. One hour of Yoga Nidra can be as refreshing as four hours of regular sleep.

Hatha Vinyasa Yoga

Dynamic postures alternate with static postures. In the dynamic part you move from one pose to another in a certain sequence. Because the class goes more in a flow, at least 3 months of yoga experience is required.

Breathing Techniques

Powerful techniques that help you become conscious of your breath and regulate it. Pranayama improves your energy flows, calms the nervous system, and deepens your meditative state. Connected breathing creates a continuous, rhythmic flow of breath that can dissolve emotional blockages and bring deep physical and mental relaxation. Both practices strengthen the connection between body and mind.
