Hatha Basics Yoga
Learn the basics of yoga; the physical postures are explained step by step and are suitable for working on strength, flexibility and releasing tensions.
Suitable for all levels.
Yoga Nidra
A profound relaxation technique that brings you to a state between sleeping and waking. While lying comfortably, you are guided through a meditation that allows your body to completely relax. This "yogic sleep" helps reduce stress, promotes mental clarity, and can support emotional healing. One hour of Yoga Nidra can be as refreshing as four hours of regular sleep.
Hatha Vinyasa Yoga
Dynamic postures alternate with static postures. In the dynamic part you move from one pose to another in a certain sequence. Because the class goes more in a flow, at least 3 months of yoga experience is required.
Breathing Techniques
Powerful techniques that help you become conscious of your breath and regulate it. Pranayama improves your energy flows, calms the nervous system, and deepens your meditative state. Connected breathing creates a continuous, rhythmic flow of breath that can dissolve emotional blockages and bring deep physical and mental relaxation. Both practices strengthen the connection between body and mind.
