Therapeutic massages
Massage is often described as a physical technique for relaxing muscles and soft tissues. In my work, it goes beyond that.
The body doesn’t only hold physical tension—it carries patterns, stress responses, and experiences that are not always processed mentally. In my sessions, I work with that layer as well.
I don’t follow a fixed sequence or routine. Instead, I listen closely to what your body shows in the moment and respond to that. Sometimes that means deep physical release, sometimes it means slowing down and creating space for awareness to arise.
My approach is intuitive, grounded, and attentive. I work with the body as a whole system—not only muscles and fascia, but also breath, nervous system regulation, and the underlying patterns that keep tension in place.
Because of that, each session is different.
Not every session is about relaxation alone - often it is about creating change.
This work is for you if you feel that:
-
tension keeps returning, even after rest
-
your body carries more than just physical tightness
-
you are ready to explore what is underneath your patterns
-
To give you a sense of my approach, you’ll find below the different massage styles that inspire my work.
Relaxation massage
The name says it all; in this form of massage, the goal is relaxation. Oil is used for this and giving strokes and kneading remove stress and waste products, stimulate blood circulation and strengthen the immune system.
Träger Approach
This form of treatment is aimed at relaxation and greater mobility; through the soft and rhythmic movements and attentive touch you learn to relax more deeply and to move more freely.
Energetic Massage
By working on the energetic body, the balance in both body and mind will be restored. Through stillness and energetic pressure you will enter the deeper layers of your subconscious.
Chair massage
This form is used on location and in companies, treating the back, shoulders, neck and arms. Through these 20-30 minute treatments, complaints are reduced or even disappear.
Deep Tissue Massage
Connective tissue is between muscle fibers, around muscle bundles and muscle groups and between your organs. There are often adhesions here. These areas are reached by using fists, forearms and elbows and without oil.
