On the gloomiest day of the year, we slow down and relax completely. A Yoga Nidra session is equivalent to 3 to 4 hours of sleep, allows your body to recover at a very deep level, reduces gloom, depression and anxiety, ensures a higher resistance and a better night's sleep. You don't need to have experience.
