Life energy/chi/prana flows through every living being. It is the energy that moves us without interference from the will. In young children, this energy flows freely, allowing them to be truly in the moment and act without any purpose, purely for enjoyment. As we grow up, this energy often becomes blocked or dormant due to various influences, and we lose contact with our intuition and who we truly are. Making contact with the energy through transmission brings back these capabilities.
KAP (Kundalini Activation Process) is a transmission of this life energy (or Kundalini) energy. This is not a practice induced by will. This distinguishes it from other types of energy work such as breathwork, (kundalini)yoga, qi gong etc. While these are exercises of will, KAP is an exercise of surrender. What you experience during a session largely depends on how much you can surrender yourself.
During a session, Caroline holds the frequency of this energy. You lie down on a mat with your eyes closed and listen to music. As you surrender to the process, your body will automatically attune to the energy. During the session, many things can happen, from spontaneous body movements, emotional release, seeing colors and images to feelings of bliss and unity.
It is a very gentle and safe practice. It requires no belief or prior experience. You don't need to do anything except lie down, listen to the music, and be open to something the mind cannot comprehend. The process of activating your own kundalini energy will then enable you to discover who you truly are, deep inside.
KAP is a cumulative practice. Not everyone has a strong experience in a first session. Some people need more time to fully surrender and awaken the energy. Even if you experience nothing during a session, things will begin to change as the process continues after the session. The more regularly you do sessions, the more you open up and connect with the energy.
What matters is not what happens during a session, but the major changes in your life after the sessions. Clients typically report having deep insights or realizations, enhanced intuition, more clarity, an ability to feel more deeply, a sense of purpose in a deeper connection with themselves. It affects every aspect of their lives and results in them making lifestyle choices that better suit them, their health, and their life purpose.
How to prepare for a KAP session:

it is recommended not to eat for at least 2 hours before the session

avoid caffeine, alcohol, or other stimulants during the day

try to limit screen time right before the session

wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement

try not to have expectations

What to bring:

if you get cold easily (the energy can make you feel cold) bring a warm sweater, socks etc.

a water bottle for rehydration

Make sure to arrive on time.
Caroline begins the session with a comprehensive introduction. There will be time to discuss any questions prior to the session.
Contraindications: KAP is not suitable for people with severe psychological problems. It is not suitable for people with heart problems, schizophrenia, epilepsy, psychosis. If you have neurological conditions or mental imbalances, please contact me. KAP is not recommended for pregnancies after the 6th month. By signing up for a KAP session, you agree to these terms.
