At Studio Reyn you imagine yourself away from your daily worries. All in Eastern Amsterdam.

The studio is located at the water and therefore has a quiet appearance.

 

The reviews of both the yoga classes and treatments are high and that is why we have decided to offer them in a combination.

Due to the small scale, there is limited space for these retreats, so don't wait too long to book.

10:00 - 11:00 Hatha Yoga class, adapted to your level (beginners, intermediate or advanced).

11:15 - 12:00 Treatment 1 (meditation, massage, relaxation or breathing exercise)

12:15 - 13:00 Treatment 2

13:00 - 13:30 Lunch

13: 30- 14:00 Yoga Nidra

The total price is € 349 for 2 people.

 

This is valid for one year.

The retreat will be guided by Suzanne Reynaert, naturopathic therapist and yoga teacher.
